Arrival and departure

In order to have a beautiful ceremony, we shall start it on time. 

We are ready to welcome you in the ceremony room from 10 minutes before the fixed hour.

In order for everyone to wholly participate in the ceremony, we strongly recommend to everyone to arrive on time, or the latest, within 10 minutes from the fixed time.

Conduct of the ceremony

• Welcome word from the notary
• Reading of articles of the Civil code of Quebec to the spouses
• Speech from one or more attendees (optional)
• Exchange of vows and personal declaration between the spouses (optional)
• Exchange of rings or other piece of jewellery between the spouses (optional)
• Exchange of consent between the spouses (I do!)
• Signature of the marriage declaration by the spouses, the 2 witnesses and the notary
• Final greetings and taking pictures

Sanitary rules

All visitors of our office must respect the sanitary rules and directives of the moment, imposed by health authorities.

In order to keep a safe environment for all, all contact surfaces are disinfected between each ceremony and the air flows are renewed mechanically and naturally.

Premises regulations

Animals are not accepted (except assistance dogs).

It is not possible to bring and/or to consume beverages or food.

The decoration elements cannot be removed, modified or added.

It is not possible to throw rice, confettis, petals or anything that leaves a mess.
