Renunciation of the role of liquidator is an act by which a successor refuses the office of liquidator of a succession, even if he has been designated in a will or by legal devolution.
A person who refuses this responsibility must do it officially, so that refusal will be recorded by the notary. In addition, certain acts performed may lead to assumption of an acceptance of the office of liquidator. The notary will be able to advise and prepare the legal documents that will allow you to renounce the role of liquidator in accordance with the law.
